Job Description
Job Summary:
- As a Case Manager, you'll oversee customer accounts, manage service requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues. You'll work closely with technicians, customer service teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality pest control services and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Manage customer accounts and service requests efficiently. Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, issues, and resolutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2.
Case Management:
- Oversee service cases from initiation to resolution. Coordinate with technicians and other teams for timely service delivery. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 3.
Service Coordination:
- Schedule and manage service appointments. Ensure technicians have necessary information and resources. Track service progress and outcomes. 4.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions. 5.
Collaboration:
- Work with customer service, operations, and sales teams.
