Minimum of 2 years of experience required. This is a FULL TIME/Long Term Temp position requiring availability between the hours of 8AM-4:30PM, Monday through Friday, located in Norfolk, VA (23513).
Responsibilities:
A Day in the life of a
Case Manager III:
As a Case Manager III you will be responsible for providing comprehensive services to persons experiencing homelessness through the TBRA program. Working within a team environment to assist person served by the team to acquire housing and move-in support, including those receiving move-in choice vouchers provided through the housing authority. Provides relationship development for landlord recruitment. Helps consumers in the housing application process and for training and support to ensure housing stabilization. Requirements for the
Case Manager III:
Required:
2+ years of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health disorders
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
Required:
BLS Required:
Direct experience assisting persons in gaining housing
Required:
Ability to pass
Background Check and Drug Screen Required:
Possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record as reported by the
DMV Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications for the
