Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' skills, interests, and barriers to employment Develop personalized career plans that align with clients' aspirations and abilities Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to motivate clients toward achieving their goals Facilitate training sessions on job readiness, interview techniques, workplace skills, and social integration Collaborate with employers, community organizations, and service providers to identify job opportunities and resources Maintain detailed case records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with employment and labor laws Assist clients with navigating benefits programs, addiction counseling referrals, or other supportive services as needed Requirements Proven experience in workforce development, social work, or related fields with a focus on employment services Strong knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during client placement and support activities Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism to tailor effective interventions Familiarity with addiction counseling techniques and mental health support strategies Excellent interviewing skills to accurately assess client needs and aspirations Ability to mentor and motivate diverse populations while maintaining professional boundaries Effective recruiting skills to connect clients with suitable job opportunities and training programs Demonstrated ability to conduct training & development sessions that engage participants and promote skill-building Join us in transforming lives by providing meaningful career guidance rooted in compassion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
