Precharge Case Manager

The Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice Center is seeking a motivated, well-organized Pre-Charge Case Manager to lead our pre-charge referral program, which is grant-funded by the Attorney General's Office. This program provides a timely, community-based alternative to the juvenile and criminal justice systems for eligible offenses, promoting accountability and positive outcomes without formal prosecution through restorative practice principles. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to the core values of restorative justice and understands the importance of strong collaboration in achieving meaningful outcomes. They communicate effectively, work well across systems, and are able to manage cases from referral through resolution. This position involves close collaboration with law enforcement, prosecutors, harmed parties, and responsible parties to facilitate restorative processes that are guided by the experiences and priorities of those impacted, promote accountability, and support healing and the repair of relationships. This is a full-time salaried position starting at $45,000-$50,000/yr. dependent on experience and comes with a generous benefits package, advancement/growth opportunities, generous paid time off, and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.
