Case Manager

Job Description
The Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging is seeking applicants for a Case Manager. The position is 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will work to help clients remain independent in the community through person-centered support. If you like to work with people, have strong communication skills, a keen interest in learning, and a familiarity with online databases for reporting, please consider joining our team.
Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 3 years of social services or related experience. A valid driver's license and background check is required. The NEK Council on Aging offers a generous benefits package.
