Build Connections. Empower Recovery. Are you passionate about helping individuals navigate recovery and build stable, meaningful lives? As a Residential Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting women in treatment by providing direct care, guidance, and advocacy. This position offers the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships, deliver evidence-based programming, and help clients move forward with confidence and stability.
What You Will Do:
Client Care & Case Management Provide individual case management and develop comprehensive treatment and continuing care plans that address criminogenic needs. Complete intake duties, including client orientation and admission documentation. Monitor resident progress and maintain consistent communication with Department of Corrections agents through reports, staffings, and updates. Provide referrals and coordinate services with community providers. Program Implementation Implement programming aligned with agency models, including gender-responsive, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, and family-centered approaches. Facilitate groups using designated evidence-based curricula while maintaining fidelity to program standards. Participate in client staffings, team meetings, and program activities to ensure continuity of care. Resident Support & Supervision Supervise and support residents in daily activities, ensuring a safe and structured environment. Oversee and coordinate child visits and family interactions. Assign and monitor completion of house responsibilities and program expectations. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain accurate reports, case files, and required documentation. Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. Facility & Operational Support Assist with day-to-day operations, including conducting safety drills, managing menus, and coordinating grocery and supply shopping. Participate in on-call responsibilities and work assigned shifts to meet program needs. Team Collaboration & Support Work collaboratively with Program Managers, Social Workers, and other team members to support client success. Assist in supervising interns and volunteers as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human services field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Knowledge or experience in areas such as substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and working with justice-involved populations. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. The ability to maintain a structured, safe, and supportive residential environment. A commitment to helping individuals achieve long-term recovery and stability.
