In this role, you will develop and implement outreach programs, foster meaningful relationships within veteran communities, and promote access to homecare services that enhance quality of life. Your leadership will inspire trust, engagement, and collaboration across diverse groups, ensuring veterans receive the support they deserve. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who have served our nation. Responsibilities Develop and execute community outreach initiatives to connect veterans with available homecare services and resources Achieve monthly admission and referral growth sales Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategies to increase market shares. conduct effective sales calls including pre-calling planning, rapport building, solutions proposing, handling objections, and closing Develop strong relationships with hospitals, inpatient rehab facilities, snfs, al/il communities, case managers, discharge planners, and social workers. Coordinate new patient referrals via phone, email, or in-person visits. Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, workships, and veteran veteran, gapp medicaid focused programs. Manage volunteer programs, recruiting, training, supervising, and recognizing volunteers who support veteran care efforts Organize public speaking engagements, informational sessions, and community events to raise awareness about veteran services Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and local organizations to coordinate comprehensive support plans for veterans Collect and analyze data related to program participation, service needs, and community feedback to improve outreach strategies Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns to promote programs and engage broader audiences Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and measurable outcome. Manage sales and marketing budget responsibly and project return on investment. Track and analyze referral patterns, outreach success, and program metrics. Experience Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams or programs Strong public speaking skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences Background in program development, project management, marketing, or social work within health or community service settings Familiarity with data collection methods and social media management tools Knowledge of addiction counseling, public health principles, or social services is a plus Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in fundraising or administrative roles Experience in recruiting volunteers or staff members and teaching or training others effectively Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Minimum 3 years of outreach or field sales experience. Homecare, Home Health, Hospice, Or LTC sales experience
