This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, supporting community programming, and handling a variety of administrative and communication tasks that contribute to an outstanding resident experience.
Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet homeowners, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Check in homeowners and guests for facility access, fitness classes, personal training sessions, and community events. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting homeowners with questions, requests, and concerns while ensuring a positive experience. Answer and direct calls through a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency. Respond to emails promptly, professionally, and courteously. Create engaging flyers and promotional materials for community events, workshops, fitness classes, and special programs. Draft and distribute community-wide emails, announcements, newsletters, and event communications. Perform daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. Coordinate registrations and assist with scheduling for fitness classes, personal training, and community programming. Maintain accurate records and support front desk operations with strong attention to detail. Build positive relationships with homeowners by anticipating their needs and providing personalized assistance. Collaborate with staff to support community events, programs, and special initiatives. Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere while representing the community with a high level of hospitality. Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with a positive, service-oriented attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication. Experience using a multi-line phone system. Experience creating flyers, newsletters, or promotional materials is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
