ABOUT US

Evergreen Carehome Inc. operates licensed six-bed Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in Clovis, California. We provide personalized care in a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and motivated marketing representative to promote our facilities and build referral relationships throughout the Fresno and Clovis area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled-nursing facilities, hospice agencies, home-health agencies, medical offices, senior centers, and placement agencies. Build professional relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, placement coordinators, and healthcare providers. Distribute brochures and provide information about our services and available rooms. Follow up with prospective residents, families, and referral contacts. Help arrange facility tours. Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, referrals, mileage, and follow-up activities. Submit an activity report at the end of each working day. Represent Evergreen Carehome Inc. professionally and protect resident confidentiality.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Three consecutive working days per month Working hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Pay rate: $22 per hour Working days will be scheduled in advance. Approved business mileage will be reimbursed.

TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS

Must have a dependable personal vehicle. Must have a valid California driver's license. Must maintain current automobile insurance. Must submit a mileage log showing the date, destination, business purpose, and miles traveled.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in healthcare, senior living, RCFE, hospice, home health, sales, marketing, or community outreach is preferred. Knowledge of the Fresno and Clovis healthcare community is a plus. Existing relationships with local healthcare providers are highly desirable. Must have strong communication and relationship-building skills. Must be professional, dependable, and able to work independently. Basic smartphone and computer skills are required.

This is a marketing and community-outreach position, not a caregiving position. The employee may not make unauthorized promises regarding admission, pricing, medical services, or resident eligibility.
