As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will educate residents about the benefits of LeafGuard's gutter protection solutions while learning about their unique home maintenance needs. By combining community engagement with a consultative approach, you will help strengthen customer relationships and support LeafGuard's reputation as a trusted home improvement provider. Community Outreach Coordinator Key Responsibilities Engage with homeowners to discuss their home maintenance concerns and introduce LeafGuard's gutter protection solutions. Clearly explain the benefits of LeafGuard products in a simple, customer-friendly manner. Ask thoughtful questions to understand homeowners' needs and identify qualified sales opportunities. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule consultations and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers. Share customer success stories and real-world examples to build credibility and confidence in LeafGuard's solutions. Track outreach activities and provide feedback on community engagement efforts to help improve lead quality and sales effectiveness. Represent the LeafGuard brand professionally at community events, local outreach initiatives, and customer interactions. Community Outreach Coordinator Qualifications Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Organized and able to manage multiple conversations, events, and follow-up activities effectively.
