Area Outreach Coordinator Sunnycrest - 2.6 Fullerton, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $70,000 - $75,000 a year 5 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driving Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Community Outreach & Sales Liaison to represent our senior living community throughout the Fullerton/Orange County market. This role builds and maintains referral partnerships with physicians, senior centers, clinics, and community organizations, drives move-in leads and serves as a welcoming ambassador of our community's mission and philosophy. The ideal candidate is a natural networker who thrives on the road, is comfortable with public presentations, and is detail-oriented when it comes to CRM tracking and reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Extensive travel required throughout Orange County, including outlying areas where community presence is needed. Visits and conducts presentations at doctors' offices, senior centers, clinics, and organizations for seniors, distributing sales and collateral literature representing assigned community. Completes appropriate database documentation and paperwork, keeping the executive director and department heads up to date on outreach plans, internal and external events. Represents the community in welcoming prospective residents, family members, referral sources, and the public in a positive, helpful, and caring manner demonstrating the community's mission and philosophy. Maintains accurate CRM database records of professional referral sources. Prepares and distributes marketing reports in a timely and accurate manner as needed. Completes competitive analysis every six (6) months, or more often as requested. Attends business and community events where referral sources are in attendance. Ensures the management team is kept informed on tours and admissions. Ensures that each potential admission meets financial qualifications and is financially able to pay rent prior to admission. Assists the on-site Sales team with sales-related activities, including visiting physicians' offices to obtain move-in orders or collecting related paperwork from clinical settings for move-ins, as assigned. Works with the clinical team to ensure physician orders and evaluations are completed prior to admissions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Prior experience in outreach, sales, or marketing within senior living, healthcare, or a related field strongly preferred. Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal, written, and public presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously. Compassionate, professional demeanor when working with seniors and their families. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to travel extensively by car on a daily basis. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and carry marketing materials for extended periods during community visits and events. Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend community events.
