This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the community. Training is provided. As a Community Outreach Representative, you will represent our organization by connecting with community members, promoting our programs and services, and supporting outreach initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in community engagement, public relations, customer service, and communication. Responsibilities Represent the organization at community outreach events and public engagement activities. Build positive relationships with community members, local organizations, and partners. Educate the public about the organization's programs, services, and initiatives. Distribute informational materials and answer questions from community members. Assist with outreach campaigns and community awareness efforts. Gather community feedback and communicate insights to management. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and interactions. Work collaboratively with team members to support outreach goals. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Social Services, or a related field is preferred but not required. No prior experience required; paid training is provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Reliable transportation to outreach events and community locations. Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
