Are you outgoing, people-focused, and passionate about making a positive impact? We're looking for enthusiastic interns eager to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, community outreach, and public engagement. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to build your skills, work on meaningful projects, and connect with diverse communities. As an Event & Community Outreach Intern, you will assist with local events, public outreach, and community programs—helping represent services that make a difference. You'll gain practical experience, improve your communication skills, and collaborate with a supportive and energetic team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, setting up, and participating in community outreach events Engage with the public in a friendly, professional way Represent services clearly and confidently Support event logistics and team collaboration Learn about effective outreach strategies and event marketing
Requirements:
18 years or older Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Comfortable working outdoors and moving actively during events Reliable transportation Bilingual skills a plus (not required)
Pay Structure:
Competitive hourly wage starting at $16.5 - $20 per hour , based on experience Flexible hours designed to fit your schedule Paid training and ongoing mentorship provided Opportunity for performance bonuses during special projects or events
