As we continue to grow, we're seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Provider Relations & Community Outreach Specialist in our Colorado territory to build community partnerships, expand referral networks, and help connect families with the care they need. What You'll Do Build Community Partnerships Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community organizations, including: Pediatricians and Developmental Pediatricians Children's Hospitals Neurologists Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists Child Psychologists and Behavioral Health Providers Early Intervention and Child Find Programs Daycare Centers and Preschool Programs School Districts and Special Education Departments Autism Organizations and Parent Support Groups Community Agencies and Healthcare Providers Grow Our Community Presence Develop new referral partnerships throughout your assigned territory. Increase awareness of Key Autism Services and our ABA therapy programs. Identify opportunities to expand community partnerships and referral networks. Promote clinic-based, in-home, school-based, and early intervention services. Collaborate with Operations and Clinical Leadership to support market growth and clinic utilization. Represent Key Autism Services Attend networking events, conferences, health fairs, and community resource events. Coordinate and deliver Lunch & Learn presentations. Participate in parent education and community outreach events. Serve as a trusted resource for referral partners and families. Support Marketing & Recruiting Partner with Marketing to identify sponsorships and community engagement opportunities. Capture photos and success stories for social media and marketing campaigns. Attend career fairs, university events, and networking opportunities to support recruiting efforts. Promote Key Autism Services as both a trusted provider and an employer of choice. Manage Your Territory Develop and execute a territory outreach plan. Track outreach activities, referrals, and partnerships using CRM tools. Maintain an organized pipeline of referral sources. Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities. Provide regular reports on outreach activity and business development efforts. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is measured by: New referral partnerships Provider office visits completed School and daycare relationships established Early Intervention partnerships developed Community presentations delivered Qualified referrals generated Assessments and client starts supported Clinic utilization growth Community event participation Recruiting partnerships developed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about helping children and families A confident relationship builder who enjoys networking Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills Comfortable spending most of the workday in the community Willing to travel throughout an assigned territory (70-80%) An engaging presenter with strong communication skills Resourceful, proactive, and growth-minded Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in provider relations, healthcare marketing, business development, community outreach, healthcare sales, account management, recruiting, or relationship management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (approximately 70-80%).
