This is a full-time, field-based position for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building professional relationships, attending community events, and spending much of the workday outside the office. You will represent a growing, family-owned Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that helps children and adults receive essential medical supplies and equipment—including incontinence supplies, nutritional products, mobility equipment, bathroom safety products, and specialized safety beds. No cold calling from a cubicle all day! You'll be visiting healthcare offices, clinics, therapy centers, community organizations, and other potential referral partners throughout your assigned territory.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$20-$22 Full-time, Monday through Friday Company vehicle provided Company gas card Company phone, laptop, and iPad Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Occasional evening or weekend community events Flexible weekday off when approved for qualifying weekend events Daily travel throughout an assigned Colorado territory What You'll Do Build relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, therapy practices, case managers, schools, community organizations, and other referral partners Visit potential and existing referral partners throughout your assigned territory Introduce offices and organizations to Forester Family Medical Supply and explain the products and services we provide Identify new outreach opportunities and establish reliable points of contact Attend community events, resource fairs, networking opportunities, and provider meetings Follow up with contacts through email, phone calls, and in-person visits Maintain professional relationships with referral partners Accurately document visits, contacts, notes, leads, and follow-up activities in the company CRM Plan and manage daily travel routes efficiently Organize and restock marketing materials in the company vehicle Begin and end the workday at our Littleton office unless otherwise directed Provide regular progress updates to company leadership What We're Looking For Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, dependable, and organized Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field Consistent follow-through with contacts and assigned tasks Comfortable using email, mobile devices, and CRM software Able to manage a daily schedule and travel route Willing to attend occasional evening or weekend events Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements Experience in healthcare outreach, medical sales, provider relations, community engagement, business development, or Durable Medical Equipment is helpful—but we are willing to train the right person.
