The organization focuses on strategic events, donor engagement, public awareness campaigns, and mission-focused community outreach. We are currently seeking a Nonprofit Fundraising Associate to represent nonprofit partners at community events, pop-up campaigns, and public outreach initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, supporting meaningful causes, and gaining hands-on experience in fundraising, outreach, and nonprofit development. No previous nonprofit experience is required — paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided. What You'll Do Represent nonprofit organizations at live events and community outreach campaigns Engage with community members through face-to-face conversations about nonprofit missions and initiatives Help generate donations and financial support through ethical, relationship-focused fundraising interactions Educate supporters about current campaigns, programs, and community impact Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown Track outreach and donor engagement results throughout campaigns Work closely with leadership and nonprofit partners to support fundraising goals Build professional communication, leadership, and public engagement skills What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable speaking with the public in fast-paced environments Passion for community involvement, nonprofits, or mission-driven work Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Reliable transportation is preferred due to event-based travel What We Offer Paid training and hands-on mentorship Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Leadership and advancement opportunities Networking opportunities within the nonprofit and community outreach space Experience in fundraising, donor relations, and event marketing Performance-based growth opportunities Weekly pay opportunities and bonus incentives Why Arrowhead Partners?
