Solstice Healthcare West Hartford, CT Job Details Part-time $22 - $28 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description •Note- Applications without ALL questions below answered will not be considered •Solstice Healthcare is seeking a friendly, organized, and self-motivated individual to help build relationships with therapists, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations throughout Connecticut. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working independently, and helping connect individuals and families with mental health services. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of outreach efforts, generate their own ideas, and work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with therapists, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations Visit referral sources and introduce our services Identify new referral, partnership, and networking opportunities Attend community and professional networking events Participate in appropriate online outreach and community engagement, including relevant Facebook and professional groups Track outreach activities, contacts, and follow-up efforts Maintain organized records and referral databases Generate ideas for increasing community awareness and referral relationships Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and organized Self-motivated with excellent follow-through Comfortable working independently Able to introduce themselves and build relationships with new contacts Reliable transportation for local travel (within around an hour of West Hartford) Preferred Experience Experience in healthcare, education, customer service, community relations, outreach, or sales is helpful but not required. Schedule & Compensation Flexible part-time schedule (10-15 hours per week, possibility of increase over time) Work must be completed within weekday daytime hours (M-F 9-5) Mileage will be compensated Ideal Candidate We are looking for a relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people, takes initiative, stays organized, plans ahead, follows through consistently, and can represent our organizations professionally within the community. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, develop new relationships, and help expand awareness of our services throughout Connecticut without requiring daily direction. About Us Solstice Healthcare provides mental healthcare such as evaluations, medication management, and therapy services throughout Connecticut.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have reliable transportation to travel throughout Connecticut for meetings and outreach? Are you comfortable introducing yourself to therapists, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to build professional relationships? Are you comfortable taking ownership of your work by identifying outreach opportunities, planning your own schedule, and following through with minimal supervision?
