Role Description This is a full-time role for an Outreach Specialist located in the area of Fort Myers, Florida, United States. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers, conducting community outreach initiatives, and identifying potential opportunities for collaboration. Additional responsibilities include engaging with clients and stakeholders to provide information about the center's services, conducting relevant research to guide outreach efforts, and maintaining clear, effective communication with the team and external partners. Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Documentation of regular daily activity in our CRM System Excellent Customer Service skills to provide support and build relationships with clients and partners Proficiency in Community Outreach to establish connections and foster partnerships with organizations and stakeholders Strong Research skills to identify potential outreach opportunities and gather relevant information A passion for supporting individuals in recovery and a sensitivity to their needs Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience in the addiction recovery or healthcare field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred Requirements added by the job poster Valid driver's license Accept a background check Accept a drug test
