Marketing & Outreach Specialist

Job Summary:

VetSuccess101 is seeking a motivated, creative, and mission-driven Marketing & Outreach Specialist to support our efforts in connecting with Veterans and expanding awareness of our services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Veterans understand the benefits they have EARNED and how our organization can assist them in navigating the VA claims process. The Marketing & Outreach Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, managing outreach efforts, supporting brand awareness, and generating qualified leads through both digital and community-based strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about serving Veterans while driving measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote company services Create and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and outreach materials Ensure all marketing content aligns with company messaging, compliance standards, and mission Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and communications Identify and connect with Veteran organizations, community groups, and referral partners Attend local events, resource fairs, and community gatherings to promote services Build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders Represent the company professionally in all outreach activities Generate and track new leads through outreach efforts and marketing campaigns Coordinate with Client Support and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up with potential clients Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and leads within CRM systems Monitor conversion trends and provide feedback on outreach effectiveness Assist in developing educational materials about the VA claims process and company services Support creation of flyers, presentations, and outreach packets Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients and partners Track outreach activities, marketing performance, and lead generation metrics Provide regular reports to leadership on campaign effectiveness and engagement Identify opportunities to improve outreach strategies and marketing performance Ensure all outreach and marketing efforts comply with applicable regulations and company policies Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information

Requirements:

Pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in marketing, outreach, community engagement, or related role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing tools Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and documentation skills Commitment to mission-driven work and serving

Veterans Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
