This role plays a vital part in building and maintaining strong relationships within the community to promote our services and support our mission of providing exceptional senior care. Responsibilities Develop and implement community outreach strategies to raise awareness about Senior Helpers' services. Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders. Represent Senior Helpers at community events, health fairs, and networking functions. Coordinate educational workshops and seminars to inform the public about senior care options. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to create promotional materials and campaigns. Track and report on outreach activities, community engagement, and referral sources. Requirements Proven experience in community relations, outreach, or a related field. Established relationships in the senior care industry is preferred, but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with the senior care industry.
