Job Description

About the Role We are adding a dedicated professional to our outreach team to focus on community education, university relationship management, and volunteer programmatic growth. This role bridges the gap between campus populations and our community-wide health prevention campaigns across South Florida.
Primary Responsibilities Campus Partnerships:
Serve as the central point of contact for local colleges and universities. Launch, support, and monitor student-led health clubs on campus.
Public Speaking & Facilitation:
Conduct educational health presentations and informational sessions for both small and large student audiences.
Volunteer Logistics:
Design and execute localized campaigns to source, onboard, and retain community volunteers for upcoming operational campaigns.
Event Readiness:
Coordinate backend logistics, material transport, and on-site setup for scheduled community health and outreach initiatives.
Experience & Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree completed.
Professional Background:
Minimum of 2 years of documented success within a non-profit environment, specifically managing volunteer networks, public outreach, or regional programs.
Communication:
Demonstrated comfort presenting to large, diverse groups of stakeholders.
Scheduling:
Ability to adjust weekly working hours to accommodate weekend or evening community events.
Technical Skills:
Strong organizational skills; experience navigating Salesforce software is an asset but not required.
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
