Network Coordinator The National Women's Shelter Network Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $65,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications Teamwork Volunteer management Data management Content development Strategic partnerships Full Job Description Position Summary The Network Coordinator supports the growth, engagement, and effectiveness of the NWSN Network by strengthening relationships with shelters, safe haven programs, partners, and community allies nationwide. This role coordinates outreach, member engagement, supportive services, events, and coalition management efforts to advance the mission of the NWSN and support women, youth, children, and families experiencing homelessness. This position is based in Miami, Florida and requires frequent nationwide travel to support Network outreach, conferences, convenings, partnerships events, and member engagement activities. Salary $45k-65k DOE (Depending on Experience) Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to and engage shelters, safe haven programs, and community partners across the nation to support, expand, and strengthen the NWSN Network. Build and maintain strong relationships with Network members, providers, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and allies to increase participation in NWSN programs, services, trainings, conferences, resources, and supportive initiatives. Support NWSN initiatives and activities, such as makeovers, volunteer engagement, conferences, and special events and activities. Manage and maintain the NWSN coalition management platform ("CM"), ensuring accurate, timely, and complete member contact information, participation records, data collection, impact reporting, and resource access. Develop, distribute, and coordinate supportive services and resources for Network members, including technical assistance, in-kind and financial resource distribution, referrals, networking opportunities, and member communications. Assist in maintaining a comprehensive national directory of shelters and safe haven programs and support the collection and reporting of Network impact data through CM and related platforms. Support the planning, outreach, marketing, coordination, and logistics for NWSN conferences, convenings, symposiums, educational programs, workshops, webinars, and other events, including coordination of staff and volunteers. Support the development and maintenance of NWSN's public and member-facing web platforms, ensuring information is accurate, current, informative, and accessible. Conduct research, surveys, and analysis related to gaps, challenges, needs, and solutions affecting shelters and safe haven programs serving women, youth, and children experiencing homelessness nationwide. Assist with public policy, advocacy, and awareness initiatives by preparing reports, presentations, collateral materials, and outreach content to support the NWSN mission and increase awareness of homelessness issues impacting women and families. Support community outreach, public awareness campaigns, social media efforts, and strategic partnerships to strengthen collaboration between the NWSN and national organizations, businesses, faith-based groups, and community stakeholders.
