Job Description

We're different than most primary care providers. We're rapidly expanding, and we need great people to join our team! Valora Medical Group is a visionary company focused on high-quality primary care services and consisting of healthcare providers and professionals dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients. At Valora, we treat our patients like family. Under general supervision, the Community Outreach Specialist will play a pivotal role in growing awareness of Valora's services and healthcare providers within our communities, with a particular focus on expanding our geriatric patient population. Working closely with the marketing event coordinator, this position will actively participate in events and engage with the public to promote Valora's services, ultimately aiming to enroll new patients. The position requires flexibility in working hours as events may take place outside of regular business hours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Visit identified marketing sites to promote Valora's Medical and Wellness Centers Services and Medical Providers. Inform prospective patients of all Valora's services. Generate New Leads of patients. Work with the Events team and participate in Health Fairs and Community Events to bring awareness to Valora. Partner with insurance agents and brokers, senior communities, and business leaders to host events and promote Valora's services and doctors. Deliver presentations to prospective patients. Assist the Events team in identifying possible partnerships in the community where to market Valora's services. Establish and nurture excellent relationships with insurance agents and brokers. Qualifications/Education High School Degree or equivalent is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred 2+ years' experience in a sales position is a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English is required for this territory Experience in the healthcare industry is desired but not required Must have effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
