Job Description

Community Outreach & Events Coordinator Department:
Marketing & Business Development Location:
Winter Haven FL Brooks Law Group is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven, and highly organized Community Outreach & Events Coordinator to strengthen our presence throughout the communities we serve. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing at least one community event each week , cultivating referral relationships with medical providers, attorneys, businesses, and community leaders, and representing the firm at networking events, chambers of commerce, and charitable organizations. This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, building partnerships, creating memorable events, and helping grow a respected firm/brand within the community. Essential Responsibilities Community Outreach Build and maintain relationships with: Medical providers Chiropractors Orthopedic offices Physical therapy clinics Primary care physicians Specialists Attorneys outside our practice areas Insurance professionals Local businesses Chambers of Commerce Civic organizations Schools and universities Non-profit organizations Community leaders and influencers Schedule weekly visits with referral partners. Deliver marketing materials and educational resources. Develop new referral opportunities throughout the community. Maintain an outreach calendar and referral database. Track all contacts and follow-up activities within the firm's CRM. Events & Community Engagement Plan, coordinate, and execute a minimum of one community event every week , including: Community appreciation events Charity sponsorships Educational seminars Health fairs School events Community festivals Networking mixers Lunch-and-learns Business after-hours events Client appreciation events Holiday drives Food drives Backpack and school supply drives Veterans events First responder appreciation events Blood drives Safety awareness events Responsibilities include: Venue selection Budget management Vendor coordination Sponsorship opportunities Volunteer coordination Marketing and promotion Event logistics Setup and breakdown Attendee engagement Post-event reporting Marketing Support Coordinate with the Marketing Department on promotions. Gather photos and videos from events. Assist with social media content. Help create community newsletters. Promote firm initiatives throughout the community. Ensure consistent branding at every event. Relationship Development Become the face of Brooks Law Group within the community by: Building long-term referral relationships. Following up with referral partners. Identifying new strategic partnerships. Representing the firm professionally at all times. Serving as a community ambassador. Administrative Duties Maintain outreach schedules. Prepare monthly outreach reports. Track event attendance. Measure referral growth. Monitor event budgets. Maintain marketing inventory. Coordinate event supplies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field). 2+ years of experience in community outreach, business development, event planning, marketing, or public relations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Comfortable speaking to groups and networking. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 30 lbs.).
