We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to help expand our referral network throughout Metro Atlanta. Position Summary The Community Outreach & Referral Liaison serves as the face of Guardian Premier Home Care within the community. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, hospice agencies, assisted living communities, senior organizations, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about helping families connect with quality home care services. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners. Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, assisted living communities, and other referral sources. Present Guardian Premier Home Care services to referral partners. Deliver marketing materials Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for business growth Maintain a professional image while representing Guardian Premier Home Care. Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, community outreach, sales, or healthcare preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Public speaking and presentation skills Healthcare networking experience Marketing and event planning experience.
