GoMedAid is expanding its community education program across Georgia and is looking for trusted pastors, church leaders, food pantry teams, nonprofit organizations, community advocates, and neighborhood outreach groups to help educate families about available home-care resources and the GoMedAid care-navigation platform. Participating organizations can designate a Community Outreach Representative to conduct approved community education and outreach activities. Your organization may receive financial support for approved outreach activities , helping fund your church, food pantry, nonprofit, or community programs.
What representatives may do:
Distribute approved GoMedAid educational materials Attend community events and resource fairs Explain how families can access GoMedAid Help residents locate available home-care and community resources Host approved educational presentations Introduce GoMedAid to community organizations and local resource centers Ideal partners include: churches and ministries, food pantries, senior ministries, community nonprofits, neighborhood organizations, veterans organizations, disability-resource groups, housing organizations and other organizations serving seniors, caregivers and families.
