Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable STEM Program Coordinator to support program operations, student engagement, and community outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students and families, coordinating activities, and representing our organization both on-site and in the community. Responsibilities Coordinate and support daily STEM program activities and operations. Provide leadership and guidance to staff during assigned shifts. Foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for students. Assist with student enrollment, retention, and family communications. Ensure classrooms, equipment, and program areas are organized and operational. Support special programs, camps, workshops, and educational events. Represent the organization at community events, school functions, festivals, career days, and outreach activities outside of iCode. Assist with event planning, setup, attendance, and promotion to increase community awareness and engagement. Complete administrative tasks, reports, and other duties as assigned. Instruct students at our partner schools or at the iCode Facility for our belt programs, events and camps Qualifications Experience in education, youth programs, customer service, leadership, or program coordination preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable interacting with students, parents, educators, and community partners. Reliable transportation for participation in off-site events and outreach activities. Interest in STEM education, technology, coding, robotics, or youth development is a plus.
