This is an exciting opportunity for someone who already has strong relationships within the healthcare, education, and community sectors and knows how to connect families with the services they need. If you're passionate about building partnerships, enjoy being out in the community, and have a proven track record of growing referrals, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Build and maintain referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, psychologists, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations. Develop new referral sources throughout the Columbus and surrounding areas. Represent our company at networking events, community outreach programs, resource fairs, and professional meetings. Educate referral partners and families about our ABA services and how we can help children thrive. Create and execute marketing strategies to increase referrals and brand awareness. Track outreach activities, referral sources, and marketing performance. Work closely with our leadership team to support the continued growth of our organization. What We're Looking For Previous marketing or business development experience within ABA services, behavioral health, pediatric healthcare, home health, or a related healthcare field. Established relationships and connections within the Columbus, GA community. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Passion for helping families access quality care. Reliable transportation for community outreach.
