Job Description
Would you like to join one of the top Catholic universities in the Midwest? The University of Saint Francis is seeking a Coordinator of Visits and Events. The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Coordinator of Visits and Events. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Coordinator of Visits and Events will report to Director of Enrollment Communications and will have responsibility over the area(s) of campus visits, admissions events, and enrollment support, ensuring the university's Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Coordinator of Visits and Events is responsible for assisting the Director of Enrollment Communications in advancing the university's efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will be able to plan, coordinate, and execute admissions events and campus visits, while providing office and student enrollment support. The candidate will also be able to collaborate with faculty, staff, student ambassadors, and campus partners in an organized, engaging, and welcoming manner.
