This role combines community outreach, client support, digital literacy education, and case management, helping connect underserved populations with vital resources such as SNAP benefits, digital access support, and assistance navigating state services. What You'll Do Community OutreachEducation Build relationships with local organizations, schools, churches, and community partners Conduct outreach activities, community events, informational sessions, and resource fairs Promote available programs and services to individuals and families in need Gather data and assist with reporting program outcomes Identify and connect community members with available resources Client SupportCase Management Assist individuals with SNAP eligibility, applications, renewals, and documentation Support clients navigating state systems and community services Provide one-on-one guidance and advocacy Maintain accurate and confidential client records Digital AccessLiteracy Facilitate digital literacy workshops and educational sessions Provide individualized support to clients with varying technology skill levels Assist individuals with navigating online systems and troubleshooting common technical issues Partnership Development Collaborate with community organizations and service providers Serve as a liaison between partner agencies and program participants Support coordinated service delivery and community engagement initiatives Administrative Support Track program participation and outcomes Maintain compliance with program requirements and documentation standards Assist with reporting and data management Qualifications Required Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Experience working with diverse populations Ability to work independently and collaboratively Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Bachelor's degree Experience in community outreach, social services, education, case management, or nonprofit settings Experience working with individuals facing crisis, trauma, immigration challenges, homelessness, or substance use issues Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or educational programs Bilingual or multilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply (Spanish, Portuguese, Albanian, Haitian Creole, or other languages) Schedule Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday Primarily daytime hours Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on community events and program needs CompensationBenefits Compensation $23.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Mileage reimbursement for approved travel Professional development and training opportunities Opportunity to earn SNAP Certification training at no cost Why Join Us?
