Role:
Grand Bridge Home Care is seeking an outgoing, professional, and self-motivated Community Relations & Referral Coordinator to help expand our presence throughout Massachusetts. Compensation Hourly Pay $20.00 per hour 10 hours per week Partnership Development Bonus In addition to hourly compensation, you will earn: $250 for each new referral partnership you establish that results in its first client admission with Grand Bridge Home Care. This bonus is paid once a newly developed referral source generates its first client who begins services with our agency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers Represent Comfort Right at Home at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities Conduct outreach visits to healthcare providers and community organizations to promote home care services Track and manage referral activity using CRM tools to monitor lead generation and conversion Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction Identify new business development opportunities within the greater Beverly, MA area Educate potential clients and families on available home care services and support options
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare sales, community outreach, or referral development preferred Strong knowledge of the home care, senior care, or healthcare industry is a plus Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, communications, or related field preferred Why Join Grand Bridge Home Care?
