The
E.N.O.U.G.H.
Coordinator supports LifeStyles' mission by helping to implement coordinated, prevention-focused strategies designed to address housing instability, economic insecurity, and related social determinants of health. Through the ENOUGH (Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Governments, and Households) Initiative, LifeStyles works collaboratively to ensure individuals and families have access to the resources and support needed to achieve stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success, resulting in help, hope, and transformation. The ENOUGH Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting program implementation, ensuring effective collaboration across internal departments and with community partners. This role focuses on facilitating service coordination, supporting program activities, and strengthening partnerships that align with program goals and respond to the needs of the community addressing the root causes of childhood poverty. Duties and Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiative activities focused on homelessness prevention, housing stability, and economic security. Coordinate day-to-day activities of the ENOUGH Initiative to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Assist with the development and maintenance of program procedures, workflows, and tracking tools. Monitor participant progress and ensure follow-up on referrals and services. Serve as a liaison between internal teams, community partners, and funders to support coordinated service delivery and systems alignment. Monitor program performance, outcomes, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and compliance with ENOUGH requirements. Maintain consistent communication with participants to support engagement and retention. Maintain relationships with community partners, local agencies, and service providers participating in the ENOUGH Initiative. Coordinate meetings and collaborative planning sessions. Represent the organization at initiative-related meetings and community events as assigned. Assist with compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports, including outcome tracking and narrative summaries. Support data collection for monitoring visits, audits, and performance reviews. Ensure program activities comply with organizational policies and funder requirements. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall program success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in program coordination, community organizing, case management, or human services. Valid Driver's License Strong public speaking skills Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening and criminal background check Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Office, Adobe Pro), including document management Experience with usage and management of automated data base systems Strong organizational skills, filing and attention detail Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written skills); strong people skills; customer service and communication (verbal and written) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Knowledge of trauma-informed, client-centered service delivery Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners Ability to respect and relate to people from various backgrounds (economic, cultural, educational) in a variety of settings Always maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion.
