Job Description
Community Outreach Assistant (COA) Why This Role Exists (Purpose) This role exists to consistently generate new patient opportunities by building real relationships in the community and converting those relationships into scheduled exams. The COA is the clinic's outbound growth engine. When this rule is done well, the clinic is visible, trusted, and steadily growing
- without relying on discounts, gimmicks, or passive marketing. This is not a branding rule. This is a results role. What Winning Looks Like (Outcomes) You are winning when: 1. Events are scheduled every week Community events, massage days, screenings, and partnerships are booked in advance. 2. Events turn into scheduled new patients Conversations end with appointments
- not just interest. 3. Leads are followed up fast and clean No names sit idle. Follow
- up happens within 24 hours. 4. The clinic is becoming known locally Businesses recognize Catalyst Chiropractic & Rehab as helpful, professional, and different. Core Responsibilities Community Relationship Building
- Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, schools, and organizations
- speak confidently with decision-makers (HR, managers, owners)
- position the clinic as a community health resource Events & Coordination
- Book massage days, spinal screenings, lunch-and-learns, and wellness events
- Use approved scripts and dual, alternative closes
- Confirm logistics, dates, materials, and attendance Event Execution
- Run events professionally and on schedule
- Greet participants, guide flow, and create a positive experience
- Use WHWW and Reality Bracket Language to qualify interest
- Coordinating clean baton passes to doctors and therapists Conversion & Scheduling
- Schedule new patient exams at events
- Use intention statements and magic close language
- Work closely with the front desk to secure appointments Follow
- up & Tracking
- Follow up with all leads within 24 hours
- Track conversions, events, and outcomes accurately
- Complete daily and weekly reporting Skills That Matter Here This is a communication + execution role, not a passive marketing role.
- 4 events per week OR 24 new patients per month Supporting Metrics
- Outreach conversations per day
- Events booked per week
- New patients scheduled from events show up rate of scheduled patients
- Follow up completed within 24 hours Standards (Non-Negotiable)
- Every conversation ends with an offer
- Every lead is followed-up within 24 hours
- Events are prepared, professional, and documented
- Stats are tracked daily
- Energy, professionalism, and integrity are consistent
Pay:
$16.00- $20.
