Overview Job Summary:
To support the Community Wellness Manager in developing, marketing, coordinating, and implementing wellness challenges, presentations, and programs for Boone Health's corporate partners. Maintain inventory of all clinical materials and supplies for health screenings. Coordinate and schedule all community and corporate screening events/screenings, including staffing for screenings and training. Provide support to the Community Wellness nurse with flu vaccines and health screenings/education—such as cholesterol, A1C, skin cancer screenings and/or flu shots along with CPR/AED training and certifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Help train PRN nurses on screening devices and other procedures. Organize all clinical supply inventory and pack for events. Provide flu shots and/or wellness screenings and education for our corporate partners and community events/screenings. Work proactively with marketing team to promote community events. Build monthly/quarterly/yearly reports in Excel or Tableau for the program. Schedule events and staffing, working with Excel and Sign-Up Genius. Work with Mobile Health Unit driver to ensure MHU is properly stocked prior to events. Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degrees:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
3-7 years in the health/wellness industry
Supervisor Experience:
none
Licenses & Certifications:
Paramedic, LPN, RN or PA license preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Degrees:
Bachelor's Degree in the health/wellness field
Experience:
7-10 years
Supervisor Experience:
1-2 years
Licenses & Certifications:
