Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and professional Healthcare Marketing Representative to help grow our new medical practice in Kansas City. This field based role will focus on developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing awareness of the practice, and representing the organization throughout the Kansas City area. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources Conduct regular in person visits and outreach throughout the Kansas City area Educate referral sources about the practice, services, providers, and referral process Identify new referral and business development opportunities Coordinate meetings, presentations, networking events, and community outreach activities Maintain accurate records of contacts, visits, referrals, and follow up activities Monitor referral trends and provide regular updates on outreach efforts and results Follow up consistently with existing and prospective referral sources Work closely with leadership to support practice growth Represent the practice professionally and maintain confidentiality Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare marketing, medical outreach, business development, sales, or relationship management preferred Strong communication, relationship building, and presentation skills Professional, confident, and comfortable meeting with new people Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail Self motivated and able to manage a field based schedule independently Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and contact tracking systems Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally
