This role blends hands-on, face-to-face community outreach with digital marketing execution — ideal for someone who's equally comfortable at a health fair booth and behind a laptop managing a social media calendar. What you'll be doing: In-Person & Field Marketing Represent Incredible Heart at community events, health fairs, senior centers, churches, employer wellness days, and local business partnerships across the St. Louis metro area Set up, staff, and break down event booths/tables for screenings and awareness campaigns (e.g., free cardiac screening events) Conduct cold calls and in-person outreach to prospective patients, community organizations, and referral partners Schedule patients for screenings and appointments generated through outreach, coordinating with front-office/EMR (athenaOne) staff Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, employers, churches, and community leaders to create ongoing referral pipelines Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials at events and local businesses Track and report on outreach activity, event attendance, and lead-to-appointment conversion rates Identify new event, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities within the St. Louis community Coordinate logistics for events: materials, signage, giveaways, and any booth supplies Follow up with leads generated from events and outreach to ensure timely scheduling Digital Marketing Update website content, blog posts, and landing pages for both Express Heart Care and Incredible Heart Schedule and publish social media content across company channels Assist with Google and YouTube ad campaign execution and performance tracking Support email marketing and patient communication campaigns Support SEO initiatives and local search optimization Help organize and maintain the company's digital asset library (photos, videos, graphics) Creative & Brand Support Create and edit flyers, one-pagers, event materials, and social graphics Make basic graphic updates using Canva or similar design tools Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital materials for both brands Coordinate production of print and promotional materials (banners, giveaways, signage) Administrative Support Assist with marketing budget tracking related to events and campaigns Coordinate vendor communications for event materials and printing Maintain marketing/event calendars and departmental documentation Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned Requirements 5+ years of marketing, community outreach, sales, or event coordination experience preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with public speaking, cold calling, and face-to-face engagement Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel Basic familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts Experience with Canva or similar design tools a plus Healthcare or medical office experience a plus but not required Bilingual a plus (depending on target community demographics) Key Competencies Community Engagement. Compensation Base pay:
$20•28/hour, based on experience (1099 contract) Performance commission: $10•15 per completed patient appointment generated through direct outreach (cold calls, events, referral partnerships) Event bonus: $50 per event worked (evenings/weekends), covering setup, staffing, and breakdown Mileage reimbursement for local travel between events, if applicable
