Sharinglyfe Care LLC Location:
Tunica, Mississippi Are you outgoing, professional, and passionate about helping seniors and families connect with quality care? Sharinglyfe Care LLC is seeking a Community Outreach & Referral Coordinator to represent our agency throughout the community and build relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, senior apartment communities, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and other referral sources.
Bonus Opportunities:
Referral bonuses available for qualified referrals that begin services with our agency.
Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities Meet with social workers, discharge planners, and case managers Distribute marketing materials and agency information Promote Sharinglyfe Care services Build and maintain referral relationships Attend community events and networking opportunities Track visits and referral activity Follow up with referral partners
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Professional appearance and communication skills Healthcare, marketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Must be dependable and self-motivated
Service Areas:
Tunica County, Tate County, Coahoma County, DeSoto County, and surrounding communities.
