Role Overview:
As Community Outreach Coordinator, based out of our Hickory office, you'll be the face of Visiting Angels across our service area. Key Responsibilities:
Distribute leaflets and marketing materials throughout our service area Build relationships with senior living communities, hospital discharge planners, social workers, elder law attorneys, VA offices, Councils on Aging, churches, and health fairs Host lunches, coffee meet-ups, and small community events Ask for referrals warmly and consistently, and follow up Track outreach activity and results with our office team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, social work, or related field Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in community outreach, PR, or marketing, ideally in healthcare Reliable transportation for regular travel across the service area
Bonus:
knowledge of senior care services and basic digital marketing (social media, SEO, PPC)
Employment Type & Location:
Full-Time, exempt position.
