Part-Time Position Summary Life Long Devotion LLC is seeking an energetic and professional Outreach Ambassador to support our Outreach & Operations Director in expanding community awareness and building referral partnerships. This individual will serve as a representative of the agency within the community and assist with developing relationships with healthcare professionals, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, senior communities, and other referral sources. The Outreach Ambassador plays an important role in helping Life Long Devotion LLC grow its presence while supporting our mission of providing high-quality in-home care services throughout North Dakota. Key Responsibilities Represent Life Long Devotion LLC professionally within the community. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners. Introduce agency services to hospitals, clinics, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, and community organizations. Assist with identifying and developing new referral opportunities. Attend networking events, community events, and outreach activities as needed. Maintain communication with the Outreach & Operations Director regarding outreach efforts and referral opportunities. Follow up with prospective referral sources and community partners. Assist with promoting agency services through community engagement and social media when appropriate. Track outreach activities, contacts, and referral outcomes. Support agency growth initiatives and community awareness campaigns. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred, or a minimum of two years of college coursework. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and maintain professional relationships. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Basic computer and social media skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, home care, behavioral health, social services, marketing, outreach, customer service, or community engagement. Existing professional relationships within healthcare or community organizations. Experience with public speaking, networking, or business development. Knowledge of home care, aging services, or community resources is preferred. Ability to work independently and professionally. Willingness to learn agency services, community resources, and referral processes. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.Compensation Compensation may include:
