Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Community Relations Coordinator for Country Lane. You will play a key role in driving occupancy growth, cultivating community partnerships, and spreading the word about the exceptional lifestyle and care we offer at Country Lane. Key Responsibilities Occupancy Development & Sales Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of prospective residents and their families through tours, outreach events, and follow-up communications Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy, knowledge, and enthusiasm Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely and thoughtful follow-up Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly occupancy goals Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for increasing and maintaining census Community Partnership & Outreach Build and nurture relationships with local hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, senior centers, churches, civic organizations, and other key referral sources Represent Country Lane at community events, health fairs, networking groups, and local organizations Plan and host creative on-site events that engage prospective residents, families, and community partners Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to increase brand awareness and referral volume across the O'Neill area Relationship Management Serve as a warm, trusted point of contact for prospective residents and their families Foster lasting relationships with current residents and families to encourage referrals and ambassador advocacy Collaborate cross-functionally with care, activities, and dietary teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience What We're Looking For A natural connector — someone who genuinely loves people and makes everyone feel welcome and valued High energy and enthusiasm with a positive, can-do attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or a related field (senior living experience a plus!) A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for community outreach A deep respect and passion for serving older adults and their families
