$18.00 - $24.00 per hour + benefits (Non-Exempt)Schedule :
This position is full-time at 40-hours per week.Location:
Position is based in Albuquerque, NM; occasional travel may be required. Constellation Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Community Impact Coordinator to serve as the administrative and operational "glue" for our population health team. This role provides the foundational support necessary for the success of our community health initiatives, ensuring that logistics are seamless, data is accurate, and our partners receive a high level of service. The ideal candidate excels at managing the "behind-the-scenes" details that keep a mission-driven department running smoothly.Reports to:
Director of Community Impact Responsibilities:
Operational & Event Support Organize logistics for community health events, including tabling, supply procurement, and the facilitation of staff schedules for outreach activities. Organize and prepare "event kits" (flyers, toolkits, educational materials). Facilitate "front line" operations at health fairs, screenings, and workshops, including onsite setup, attendee registration, and breakdown. Track the department's master calendar of outreach activities and community engagement deadlines to ensure organizational readiness. Data Entry & Documentation Track data from program initiatives and community surveys, ensuring all entries are accurate and current within the database. Support the preparation of standardized reports and "impact summaries" by compiling data provided by program leads. Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of community partners, vendors, and volunteer contacts. Communications & Outreach Assistance Facilitate the distribution of educational materials and marketing toolkits to clinics, community centers, and external partners. Track general inquiries and facilitate clear communication by directing them to the appropriate program leads. Support and collaborate with Marketing & Outreach on the drafting of content for newsletters, social media, and flyers to promote upcoming health initiatives. Administrative Coordination Facilitate a professional environment as the primary initial point-of-contact for office visitors and general telephone inquiries. Track department expenses and project documentation to support financial accountability and reconciliation. Track and facilitate the distribution of participant incentives, stipends, or gift cards, ensuring accurate logging and compliance with internal financial documentation standards. Organize internal meetings, facilitate meeting notes, and track tactical action items for the program teams. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Experience:
1-2 years of administrative or coordination experience (internships in public health or nonprofits are applicable).Education:
Coursework or comparable experience in Health Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field; or 3-5 years of comparable professional experience.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn health-tracking software.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.Legal:
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (with proof of auto insurance) for travel between sites and venues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:
Degree:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field.Tools:
Previous experience with survey tools (JotForm, SurveyMonkey) and project management platforms (Monday.com).Subject Matter:
