full-time Full-Time Marketing & Community Outreach Professional Personal Injury Law Firm | Long Island, NY We are seeking an energetic, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Community Outreach Professional to represent our established Personal Injury Law Firm throughout Long Island and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, primarily off-site position ideal for someone who enjoys networking, community engagement, relationship building, and event marketing. The successful candidate will serve as the face of our firm at public events, while maintaining relationships with referral partners and local businesses. Responsibilities April - October (Event Season) Represent the law firm at festivals, community events, trade shows, charity events, health fairs, and local gatherings. Set up and break down promotional displays, including pop-up tents, tables, banners, and marketing materials. Engage with attendees and professionally promote the firm's services. Distribute promotional items and educational materials. Capture photos and videos and provide real-time updates to the firm's social media platforms. Ensure all event supplies and merchandise are organized and stocked. November - March (Relationship & Outreach Season) Visit referral partners and professional contacts throughout Long Island. Deliver thank-you gifts, updated marketing materials, and promotional merchandise. Visit local businesses and storefront locations to replenish brochures and promotional items. Develop new referral relationships through networking and outreach. Make cold calls and schedule meetings with professionals and business owners for networking opportunities. Assist with maintaining and expanding community partnerships. Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, community outreach, business development, public relations, sales, or a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable initiating conversations and developing professional relationships. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. Professional appearance and demeanor. Computer proficiency required, including: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and calendar management Social media platforms (, Instagram, , etc.) Ability to create social media content and post updates during live events. Must be comfortable transitioning between professional business attire and outdoor event attire as needed. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry between 15-40 pounds. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Vehicle must be capable of transporting a pop-up tent, table displays, and event supplies. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods during seasonal events. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and enjoys meeting new people. They are equally comfortable attending a charity fundraiser, networking with professionals, making cold calls, updating social media, and organizing event logistics. This position requires someone who can positively represent our firm's brand while building lasting relationships throughout the community.

Job Type:

Full-Time - 30-35 hours - must work weekends during event season (5 work days total) flexible working hours.

Long Island, NY (Off-Site/Field-Based Position)

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience, plus potential performance incentives. Starting 50K negotiable
