Islandwide Contract Senior Executive 2 years exp Advertising / Media, Events / Promotions, Marketing / Public Relations $3,000to$3,500 Monthly 0 applicationPosted 05 Jul 2026Closing on 04 Aug 2026 Roles & Responsibilities Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Audience Engagement) (6-month contract with the opportunity for extension based on performance ) to support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of public engagement and educational programmes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful heritage initiatives while working with diverse stakeholders and community partners. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of public, educational, and outreach programmes to engage diverse audiences. Coordinate and manage events, including workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and public programmes, ensuring smooth execution. Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and coordination. Build and maintain positive working relationships with community partners, educational institutions, and external stakeholders. Manage programme administration, including data management, reporting, budget tracking, and documentation. Provide operational support for programme planning and implementation. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Communications, Event Management, Humanities, Education, Museum Studies, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in programme management, audience engagement, event coordination, community outreach, or a related field. Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in the heritage, museum, cultural, education, or non-profit sector will be an advantage.
