Job Description

Donor Relations Coordinator Part Time 1st Shift, Occasional evening and weekends Fairlawn Retirement Community is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Donor Relations Coordinator to support donor stewardship, database management, event coordination, church connections, marketing initiatives, and administrative functions. Working closely with the Director of Donor Relations & Church Connections, this position helps strengthen relationships with donors, volunteers, churches, and community partners while advancing Fairlawn's mission.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree; One to Three years of experience in administration, customer service, fundraising, event planning, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferred; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Attention to detail and accuracy; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; Demonstrate the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with all personnel, residents, families and the community; Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently; Represent Fairlawn with understanding the organizational goals and needs of the future in a professional manner;
