Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Communications Representative to support customer engagement, outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and representing the organization in a professional and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support customer engagement and outreach initiatives. Provide information about company products and services. Assist with promotional campaigns and community outreach activities. Build positive relationships with customers and community members. Distribute promotional materials during outreach initiatives. Gather customer feedback to support campaign improvements. Maintain organized records of outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives. Represent the company professionally during promotional initiatives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail and adaptability. Reliable, professional, and eager to learn. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
