$60,000•70,000 We are a premier behavioral healthcare organization dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based treatment. We are seeking a deeply compassionate, relationship-driven Alumni Coordinator to support our Alumni Program at our Cincinnati, OH location. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for former clients, helping them maintain long-term recovery, access community resources, and stay connected with our supportive alumni network. You will complete outbound support calls, document interactions, coordinate care when alumni need additional assistance, and offer encouragement during moments of struggle. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine heart for people, strong communication skills, and prior experience in the substance abuse treatment field. Key Responsibilities Maintain a detailed, accurate log of all outbound calls and follow-up interactions with alumni. Conduct consistent outreach to ensure alumni feel supported, encouraged, and connected. Identify alumni who may be struggling and promptly connect them with the appropriate internal teams for additional support. Build trusting, compassionate relationships with alumni through ongoing communication. Serve as the on-call contact for the Cincinnati, OH alumni community, responding to calls outside standard business hours as needed. Participate in and help coordinate alumni events, groups, community outings, and engagement activities. Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions. Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to strengthen and grow alumni programming. Track alumni engagement and provide monthly updates to leadership. Qualifications Extensive experience in the substance abuse treatment field is required. Must be highly compassionate, patient, and emotionally grounded when supporting alumni in all stages of recovery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly and respectfully. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow-up. Availability to take alumni support calls for the region outside of business hours when needed. Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
