Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate community programs tailored to the needs of diverse populations, including un or under insured and underserved communities. Manage volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and retention to build a strong team dedicated to community service. Coordinate outreach activities through social media management, marketing campaigns, and public speaking engagements to increase program visibility. Collaborate with our medical professionals and engage to problem solve and create and manage records systems Collect and analyze data related to program participation and outcomes to inform continuous improvement strategies. Facilitate clinic appointments and client enrollment for clinic services. Experience Proven experience managing volunteer programs or community outreach initiatives in diverse settings. Familiarity with social media management tools, marketing strategies, and data collection methods. Knowledge of working with culturally diverse communities is highly desirable. Experience working with underserved populations or in healthcare environments is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus; proficiency in additional languages enhances outreach efforts.
