In this role, you will oversee program development, coordinate community outreach efforts, and collaborate with diverse partners to create impactful programs. Your leadership will drive grassroots organizing, manage volunteers, and ensure the successful execution of projects that serve underserved populations. The clinic offers dental, medical, pharmacy and vision care to un and under insured adults. This position requires compassion, courtesy and proferssionalism. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate community programs tailored to the needs of diverse populations, including un or under insured and underserved communities. Manage volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and retention to build a strong team dedicated to community service. Coordinate outreach activities through social media management, marketing campaigns, and public speaking engagements to increase program visibility. Collaborate with our medical professionals and engage to problem solve and create and manage records systems Collect and analyze data related to program participation and outcomes to inform continuous improvement strategies. Facilitate clinic appointments and client enrollment for clinic services. Experience Proven experience managing volunteer programs or community outreach initiatives in diverse settings. Familiarity with social media management tools, marketing strategies, and data collection methods. Knowledge of working with culturally diverse communities is highly desirable. Experience working with underserved populations or in healthcare environments is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus; proficiency in additional languages enhances outreach efforts.
