Emergency Infant Services (EIS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to meeting the basic needs of babies and young children when families are facing financial or personal hardship. For more than 50 years, EIS has provided essential items such as diapers, formula, clothing, and other necessities to children ages 0-5 throughout our community. At EIS, we believe that a child in need cannot wait. We serve every family with dignity, compassion, and respect, providing same-day assistance regardless of income or residency status. We are seeking a passionate and community-focused Mobile Unit Outreach Coordinator to help lead and grow our mobile outreach program across the Tulsa metro area. As the Mobile Unit Outreach Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding access to services for families in need. This position helps coordinate outreach events, serves as the lead onsite case manager for the mobile unit, builds relationships with community partners, and helps connect families to critical resources. This position also supports client services operations and serves as a backup driver for the EIS Mobile Unit, when needed.
Schedule:
Full-time, with occasional evenings and approximately one weekend per month required for outreach events and community engagement activities. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule mobile outreach events throughout the Tulsa metro area. Serve as the lead onsite case manager during mobile unit events. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and other partners. Connect families with EIS services and community resources. Support client service operations and assist with case management as needed. Serve as a backup driver for the EIS Mobile Unit and cross-train in logistics operations. Co-coordinate EIS's annual Fall Fair and other community events. Represent EIS at resource fairs, outreach events, and community meetings. Participate in committees, task forces, and collaborative initiatives. Work across departments to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery. Attend required trainings and professional development opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish . High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and ability to drive the EIS Mobile Unit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to collect, analyze, and report data accurately.
