Full-Time The Development & Engagement Coordinator supports the United Way of Venango and Titusville Region's annual fundraising efforts by assisting with donor engagement, workplace campaigns, campaign communications, and stewardship activities. This position plays an important role in helping achieve annual campaign goals by providing excellent customer service to donors, volunteers, and workplace partners while supporting fundraising events and community outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Fundraising Support Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual fundraising campaign. Coordinate campaign materials, pledge forms, and campaign supplies. Support workplace giving campaigns by communicating with company representatives and campaign volunteers. Track campaign progress and assist with reporting and follow-up activities. Donor Stewardship Maintain regular communication with donors through thank-you letters, acknowledgments, and stewardship activities. Assist with donor recognition and appreciation efforts. Help identify opportunities to strengthen donor relationships and increase donor retention. Respond to donor inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Community Engagement Represent United Way at community events, workplace campaign kickoffs, and volunteer activities as needed. Assist with presentations that promote United Way's mission and annual campaign. Build positive relationships with community partners, volunteers, and supporters. Fundraising Events Provide logistical support for fundraising events and donor appreciation activities. Assist with sponsorship communications and event preparation. Support volunteer recruitment and coordination for fundraising activities. Data Management Maintain accurate donor and campaign records within the organization's donor database. Process campaign information and ensure data accuracy. Prepare reports related to campaign progress, donor participation, and fundraising results. Maintain donor confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience in fundraising, customer service, nonprofit organizations, sales, or community relations is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to build positive relationships with donors, volunteers, businesses, and community partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn donor management software. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Skills & Attributes Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and dependable. Organized with excellent follow-through. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Passion for serving the community and advancing United Way's mission. Work Environment Part-time position (25-30 hours per week). Some evening or occasional weekend hours may be required during campaign season or fundraising events. Local travel throughout the United Way service area for workplace campaigns, meetings, and community events. Ability to work from multiple office locations within the region as needed.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
