At the heart of Three Queens Yoga is community. We want the energy, connection, teaching, and experiences happening inside our studios every day to be visible both to the people who already love Three Queens and to those who have not discovered us yet. We're looking for someone who is excited about people, storytelling, community building, events, and helping an independent Philadelphia business grow. About the Role The Community Marketing
+ Events Coordinator is a part-time, hands-on role focused on bringing the Three Queens Yoga community to life through content, local marketing, events, partnerships, and in-studio engagement. This is not a remote social media position. A significant part of the job is being physically present at the studio, inside classes, workshops, trainings, events, and community gatherings so that you understand what is happening and can authentically communicate it. This position also includes regular front desk and customer service hours. We believe the person helping tell the story of our community should actually know and participate in that community. The ideal candidate is creative, curious, organized, proactive, comfortable around people, and excited to move between content creation, marketing, events, hospitality, and hands-on studio work. What You'll Do Content
+ Social Media Capture photos and short-form video from classes, workshops, teacher trainings, events, teachers, students, and everyday studio life. Help tell the story of Three Queens Yoga in real time. Create and support content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email, and other relevant platforms. Help ensure our social media reflects the energy, personality, diversity, and community that exist inside the studio. Film teachers and community members for educational, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content. Create timely recaps following workshops, trainings, events, and special programs. Organize and maintain a consistent library of photo and video content. Identify trends, formats, and content ideas that feel aligned with the Three Queens Yoga brand. Track basic social media and campaign performance and help identify what resonates with our audience. Marketing
+ Community Growth Help promote classes, memberships, workshops, trainings, retreats, events, and special programs. Support email marketing campaigns and other studio communications. Help develop grassroots strategies for bringing new people into the physical studio. Identify neighborhood businesses, organizations, schools, residential communities, and other potential partners for cross-promotion and collaboration. Build relationships with local businesses and organizations. Distribute flyers, free-class cards, postcards, and other marketing materials when appropriate. Help develop creative partnerships and collaborations that introduce new students to Three Queens Yoga. Support promotions designed to welcome first-time visitors and encourage them to become returning students and members. Track basic results, including registrations, attendance, conversions, email engagement, and promotional performance. Events
+ Community Building Design and execute event posters, flyers, and promotional materials. Help plan and execute monthly member events and community gatherings. Support workshops, teacher trainings, special classes, and off-site programming. Help create opportunities for students and members to connect beyond taking class. Support event promotion, setup, registration, check-in, hospitality, content capture, and breakdown. Attend select workshops, teacher trainings, special events, and community programs as part of your regular working hours. Look for opportunities to deepen engagement with new students, longtime members, teachers, and the broader Philadelphia community. Front Desk

Answer student questions and provide excellent hospitality. Help students navigate memberships, class packages, registrations, workshops, and upcoming offerings. Answer phones and assist with customer emails and messages as needed. Learn and confidently navigate our studio software.
